Policies accepted by continuing
Paying on Plans or verifying an account code accepts the current Terms, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use. There is no extra dialog.
Pay to accept
Starting a paid checkout on Plans records the current Terms, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use. The extra review dialog is gone.
Sign in to accept
Verifying an account email code records the same current policies. The extra accept step is gone. Remote Free still accepts in extension options.
