Voice and written steps work again in Pinar Cloud

Voice transcription and Generate written steps are back

In version 0.8.0, Pinar Cloud did not offer voice transcription or Generate written steps because of a server fault. Both work again with the same Pinar Cloud credits: voice uses 1 credit for up to 60 seconds and 2 from 61 to 120 seconds, and each generation of written steps uses 1. The local app is unchanged.
