The assistant shows each step and keeps interrupted answers

The assistant panel shows each lookup as a step, folds the steps when the answer arrives, warns when it takes longer than usual, and keeps an interrupted answer with a way to try again. In the sidebar, counts above 999 read “999+”.

What changed
  • The assistant shows each step and keeps interrupted answers

While the assistant works, the panel shows what it is doing, with each lookup as a step: a done step gets a check, and a step that failed reads “not completed”. When the answer arrives, the steps fold into one line, such as “3 steps”, that you can open. After 20 seconds without progress, the panel says it is taking longer than usual. Stopping an answer keeps what was already written and marks it “Answer interrupted”, with “Try again”. Code blocks in answers have a copy button, a failed answer shows “Try again” as an icon beside the message, and running out of credits shows its own card with the link to buy more.

  • Counts above 999 read 999+ in the sidebar

In the workspace sidebar, a session count above 999 now reads “999+”, so it no longer covers the name or the actions button, on phones and on larger screens. Screen readers still announce the full number.
