Closed-loop metrics
Loop metrics are off unless you opt in. When disabled, submissions are discarded. When enabled, the sanitizer allows operational events, duration, agent, and relocation confidence but rejects comments, titles, URLs, DOM paths, selectors, screenshots, markup, and raw content.
Consent and license
Remote persistence and checkout record acceptance of the current Terms, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy. Retention, refunds, Fair Source, and subprocessors have separate published documents. Pinar is Fair Source/source-available under the repository license, not OSI-approved Open Source in current versions.
Verify opt-in payloads and the published policy set
Loop metrics stay off unless you opt in. When enabled, only operational events are sent. Comments, titles, URLs, selectors, screenshots, and similar content are rejected.
Checkout and remote Free registration record accepted policy versions. Terms, Privacy, Acceptable Use, Retention, Refunds, Fair Source, and Subprocessors are published at https://pinar.dev/legal/. - Leave loop metrics disabled unless you intend to opt in; a disabled setting does not transmit a batch.
